What is the biggest compact flash card that the Canon digital rebel XT can hold?

   I have used a Sandisk Extreme III 4GB CF card successfully in my Rebel XT and shot over a thousand pictures on it. The limit shows 999 on the card, but I actually shot around 1040 jpeg images on the camera’s highest quality setting. The first 40-50 images said I had 999 left. I could preview all the images on the LCD screen.
